Our main customer responsibility was software. However, being involved with their most business-critical systems, we developed very close relationships and it wasn’t long before we were receiving the first support call when any of their computer technology had problems, including hardware and software. We became the central point of contact for all their IT needs and would do initial diagnosis of hardware issues, dispatch and coordinate the manufacturer’s hardware support team as well as our own.
