It is our intention to develop long-term relationships with all of our clients in an effort to provided extensive on-site support and maintenance.

Our service plan is flexible allowing us to adapt to the internal needs and resources of each client. For instance, many of our customers have an IT/IS Director, who we work closely with. Concurrently, some businesses – for a variety of reasons – do not have an IT staff. This presents the ideal situation where we represent their “in-house” information technology staff.

From a capital investment and budgetary posture, outsourcing a company’s IT/IS needs is a highly cost-effective method versus hiring a comprehensive and expensive internal IT department. Each service plan is developed specific to your needs. Typically, a listing of services provided and an amount of “technical support and maintenance” hours are established and pre-paid on a quarterly or annual basis.
